1. Prices are quoted prior to the start of any service.
2. All hair care services are base priced on hair being shoulder length or shorter.
(Individual needs will vary.)
3. There is an additional charge on all services for additional product and/or time.
4. Service disputes must me made known to the salon within a 24 hour period.
Any adjustments made after this time frame will be charged accordingly.
5. Corrective coloring services carry no guarantee and cannot be refunded.
6. Cosmetic purchases cannot be returned or refunded. All Sales Final!
This includes all fragrances and candles.
7. Wigs must be paid for in full prior to placing the order.
Wigs may be exchanged at the expense of the client. Sorry, no refunds.
8. There is a $50 service charge for any returned check. NO Exceptions!
9. Any foul language and/or behavior is prohibited. You will be asked to leave.
10. No show appointments will be charged a $25 service fee.
Future appointments will be denied until this fee is paid.
